We provide marketing, social-media and educational content related to financial markets, including a free signals community and a paid 1:1 mentorship program. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, fund manager or investment firm. We do not manage client money and we do not provide personal investment advice.

All content, signals, ideas, screenshots, results and commentary are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for any trading decision you make.

4. Broker Partner

Access to our community requires opening an account with the regulated broker partner we work with via our referral link. The broker is an independent third party with its own terms and conditions. You remain the sole owner and controller of your account at all times — we never request login credentials, transfer rights or custody of your funds.

5. Mentorship Program

The €999 1:1 mentorship is a personal coaching service over a fixed period. Spots are limited per cohort. Because the program grants immediate access to proprietary educational material, payments are non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We make no promise, representation or guarantee that you will achieve any specific income, profit or trading outcome. Individual results depend on discipline, risk management, market conditions and many factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and inside the community (text, branding, signals, course materials, videos) is owned by Marketing Consulting L.L.C-FZ. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or share this material outside the community without our written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the community, share access with third parties, harass other members, or use the service for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
